The breakfast included great variety. Vegetables tasted fine! the staff was friendly. the location was near the beach.

The shower remained cold. There was no warm water even after 5 minutes.

The breakfast buffet had something for everyone. I found loads of choices. rooms were very clean and quiet. the staff were very helpful (especially when i needed directions!).

the lifts are quite old and feel a little small.

i found the newly refurbished rooms excellent. The shower was especially huge. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

The lifts seemed a little dated.

This location is quite good as a relatively short walk took you to the Poniente beach. The old town with restaurants is a short walk from the hotel. The beach is about a 5-minute walk.

fresh pastries good variety easy walk

The daily cleaning was thorough. I appreciated that a lot. the breakfast buffet included fresh pastries and a good variety of fruit. the location meant shops and the beach were an easy walk.

the elevators are quite small, so be prepared for a squeeze during peak times.

my standard double room had ample space and was always kept impeccably clean. fresh towels were provided daily, and the bed was very comfortable. i especially appreciated the quietness of the room at night.

tiny lift renovated room

the breakfast was okay, had plenty of choice i suppose.

The lifts were a joke. Tiny and slow. i had a room that wasn't the same as what i booked online, and its size was not the only problem. the room seriously needs to be renovated its was falling apart.
